#MusicReview: This Life by by Isaiah Templeton | @ZeekSong

Written by on July 13, 2019

Isaiah Templeton is a titan among today’s crop of millennial artists, possessing raw vocal chops, tremendous musical dexterity and a healthy dose of the anointing. His debut project – Roll In The Dirt – was a glimpse into his creative well that overflows.

But This Life reaffirms the notion that Isaiah is a larger-than-life figure who tinkers in the trifecta -sing, write and light up a stage – through his mesmerizing, God-centric music. Standout songs include the Caribbean-cadence Our God Reigns, the beautiful ballad Be God Here, and the radio-friendly Everything Will Be Alright, even his own remake from the debut album, This Life, is an improvement on a perfect composition.

Isaiah has lent his vocal talents to support many familiar artists within the music industry, whether in studio or on stage. But now, the time is right for Templeton to take centerstage and receive the applause he so rightfully deserves. This Life is not only a confirmation on his divinely appointed gifts. The album is indisputable art put to music, capturing the essence of who Isaiah is.
