With a coverage map of over 1,500,000 homes and businesses, WMBM is one of the first radio stations to stream its broadcast live via the Internet.

WMBM has been featured in national publications including Ebony Magazine, Inside Gospel, Gospel Today, Gospel USA, Saved Magazine and more.  The Gospel Truth Magazine, Westside Gazette and The Miami Times in collaboration and partnership with WMBM have continuously empowered the South Florida Community through Town Hall Meetings and Forums.  The Miami Times and WMBM feature the PASTOR OF THE WEEK by recognizing a local Pastor for outstanding service to their respective ministry and the community-at-large through a print and on-air campaign.

Rated the number one traditional gospel station in the nation by the Religious and Media Quarterly publications, WMBM has received national and international recognition, including a Congressional Record in the 111th Congress First Session. WMBM received the highest honor in the gospel industry as the prestigious 2007 Stellar Award Radio Station of the Year in a large market.

WMBM continues to bless the market with empowering events and programming including the signature FREE Gospel Sundays in partnership with the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. This series of 4 events per year during which time national and local choirs and artists minister gospel music is attended by South Florida’s diverse audience of thousands at the beautiful performing Arsht Center and is free of charge to the attendees. WMBM continues to also serve as the Media Partner for annual community events through securing the artists and hosting the Gospel soundstage during such events as the Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade and Festivities; live broadcasts from the Florida General Baptist Convention in Orlando Florida and the Baptist Ministers’ Council of Miami and Greater Vicinity Senior event in partnership with The Alliance for Aging; coverage and participation in the GMWA Crystal Mic Media Awards, most recently the Donnie McClurkin Perfecting Music Conference and more.

WMBM also provides critical programming through medical, financial empowerment and homeownership shows and remotes including CAC of Florida, Jackson Memorial Hospital Medical Hour, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, the National Black Women’s Health Conference and more.
